NOR Body no bullet:Arrests made by Madison County law enforcement on Tuesday and Wednesday, based on Madison County Jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers, but are not final until the Madison County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

NOR body bullet:Madison County police arrested Timothy S. Hodges, 50, of the 2300 block of North Pennsylvania Street, Indianapolis, at 4:10 p.m. Tuesday. No bond was set for Class C felony court commitment.

Anderson police arrested Erica D. Hooten, 23, of the 7400 block of West County Road 750 North, Middletown, at 4:42 p.m. Tuesday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor driving while suspended.

Madison County police arrested Johnny L. Ellison, 21, of Tennessee, at 5:02 p.m. Tuesday. Bond was set at $20,000 for Class B felony arson.

Anderson police arrested Tristan R. Floyd, 28, of the 300 block of West Sixth Street, Anderson, at 5:05 p.m. Tuesday. No bond was set for Class A misdemeanor possession of marijuana.

Edgewood police arrested Michael D. Jones Jr., 22, of the 11100 block of North Virginia Avenue, Alexandria, at 5:36 p.m. Tuesday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class B felony battery and Class B misdemeanor criminal confinement.

Anderson police arrested Gerald M. Holbrook, 22, of the 1800 block of Drexel Drive, Anderson, at 6:43 p.m. Tuesday. No bond was set for Class A misdemeanor contempt of court and Class A misdemeanor failure to appear.

Anderson police arrested Austin Taylor Scharnowske, 20, of the 100 block of North Broadway, Summitville, at 6:47 p.m. Tuesday. No bond was set for Class A misdemeanor violation of probation.

Anderson police arrested Christopher W. Thrush, 22, homeless, at 8:31 p.m. Tuesday. No bond was set for Class A misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia.

Madison County police arrested Anthony F. Bland, 49, of the 2500 block of West US 36, Pendleton, at 8:31 p.m. Tuesday. No bond was set for Class A misdemeanor court commitment.

Madison County police arrested Brennan S. Nunley, 24, of the 900 block of Pendleton Avenue, Pendleton, at 10:08 p.m. Tuesday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor OWI.

Chesterfield police arrested Leonard M. Harshman, 50, of the 500 block of Wild Flower Court, Anderson, at 10:11 p.m. Tuesday. Bond was set at $500 for Civil contempt of court.

Elwood police arrested Robert A. Clarkson Jr., 40, fo the 1300 block of South D Street, Elwood, at 1:29 a.m. Wednesday. Bond was set at $20,000 for Class C felony forgery, Class D felony obtain legend drug by fraud and Class D felony dealing Schedule II controlled substance.

Madison County police arrested Travis M. Gentry, 28, of the 3700 block of North County Road 200 East, Anderson, at 1:37 a.m. Wednesday. No bond was set for Class B misdemeanor failure to appear.

Elwood police arrested Leslie M. Clarkson, 40, of the 1300 block of South D Street, Elwood, at 2:08 a.m. Wednesday. Bond was set at $20,000 for Class C felony forgery, Class D felony obtain legend drug by fraud and Class D felony dealing Schedule II controlled substance.

Anderson police arrested Jesse L. Allen, 47, of the 600 block of South Rangeline Road, Anderson, at 2:19 a.m. Wednesday. Bond was set at $500 for Civil contempt of court.

Anderson police arrested James K. Chatman, 38, of the 1400 block of West 10th Street, Anderson, at 8:58 a.m. Wednesday. Bond was set at $10,000 for Class D felony domestic battery, Class C felony battery and Class D felony strangulation.

Anderson police arrested Christopher M. Armstrong, 41, of the 4100 block of South Harrison, Marion, at 12:14 p.m. Wednesday. Bond was set at $20,000 for Class A misdemeanor OWI.

Madison County police arrested Beau D. S. Jaqua, 32, of the 11800 block of North County Road 75 West, Alexandria, at 12:55 p.m. Wednesday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony possession of a controlled substance and Class A misdemeanor OWI.

Madison County police arrested Fred E. Harpst, 46, of the 5300 block of West 950 North, Middletown, at 4:35 p.m. Wednesday. No bond was set for Class D felony violation of probation.

Madison County police arrested Matthew D. Coonce, 36, of the 5300 block of North Bend Drive, Fort Wayne, at 4:43 p.m. Wednesday. No bond was set for Class D felony violation of probation.
