Arrest log: Sept. 21

Madison County police arrested Jerry L. Scott, 26, homeless, at 6:09 a.m. Friday. Bond was set at $10,000 for Class C felony burglary, Class D felony theft, Class A misdemeanor invasion of privacy, Class A misdemeanor dealing marijuana and Class D felony parole violation.

Anderson police arrested Raul Moreno, 33, of the 1400 block of Pearl Street, Anderson, at 1:11 p.m. Friday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor invasion of privacy.

Madison County police arrested Mark W. Cooper, 56, of the 11300 block of North County Road 200 East, Alexandria, at 1:24 p.m. Friday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor OWI.

Anderson police arrested Dustin S. Arms, 20, of the 2200 block of North County Road 300 West, Anderson, at 1:26 p.m. Friday. Bond was set at $20,000 for Class D felony theft, Class B felony burglary and Class B felony probation violation.

Madison County police arrested Robert K. Reirden, 50, of the 3100 block of West Huntsville Road, Pendleton, at 1:51 p.m. Friday. No bond was set for Class A misdemeanor invasion of privacy.

Elwood police arrested Cherry L. Wood, 46, of the 200 block of West Marks Street, Swayzee, at 2:10 p.m. Friday. Bond was set at $6,000 for Class B misdemeanor public intoxication, Class B misdemeanor disorderly conduct and Class B misdemeanor criminal trespass.

NOR body bullet:Madison County police arrested Steven D. Wilson, 57, of the 1500 block of Manhattan Avenue, Indianapolis, at 2:18 p.m. Friday. No bond was set for Class D felony failure to appear.

Brian Bell, who lost the Democratic Party‚Äôs nomination for sheriff by 48 votes to Scott Mellinger, raised allegations to the election board during a hearing Friday.
