Pendleton police arrested Matthew S. Wire, 37, of the 4800 block of South 550 West, New Palestine, at 5:19 a.m. Sunday. Wire posted a bail bond of $10,000 on charges of Class A misdemeanor operating a vehicle while intoxicated and Class C misdemeanor operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

Madison County sheriff’s deputies arrested Maxwell B. Giesey, 22, of the 1200 block of East 42nd Street, Anderson, at 6:23 a.m. Sunday. Bond was set at $3,000 on charges of Class A misdemeanor possession of marijuana and Class B misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia.

Madison County sheriff’s deputies arrested Kraig M. Rice, 24, of the 7800 block of Musket Street, Indianapolis, at 6:28 a.m. Sunday. Bond was set at $10,000 on a charge of Class A misdemeanor operating a vehicle under the influence endangering a person.

Anderson police arrested Hulen J. Warriner, 50, of the 1600 block of B Street, Anderson, at 8:36 a.m. Sunday. Bond was set at $10,000 on a charge of Class C felony aggravated battery.

Indiana State Police arrested Rian S. Sutton, 34, of the 3400 block of Redwood Road, Anderson, at 10:13 a.m., Sunday. Bond was set at $5,000 on a charge of Class A misdemeanor operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

Madison County sheriff’s deputies arrested James R. Hammond, 42, of the 7800 block of West County Road 200 South, Lapel, at 10:32 a.m. Sunday. Hammond posted a bail bond of $5,000 on a charge of Class A misdemeanor operating a vehicle while under the influence endangering a person.
