Arrest Log: Oct. 3

Arrests made by Madison County law enforcement on Tuesday and Wednesday, based on Madison County Jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers, but are not final until the Madison County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

Madison County sheriff deputies arrested Alexis K. Myers, 19, of the 100 block of East Ninth Street, Anderson, at 8:55 a.m. Tuesday. Bond was set at $3,000 for a Class C misdemeanor for a minor possessing alcohol.

Anderson police arrested Blythe P. Batie, 26, of the 1400 block of Woodscliff Drive, Anderson, at 8:57 a.m. Tuesday. Bond was set at $5,000 for a Class D felony for possession of a controlled substance, $5,000 for a Class A misdemeanor for possession of paraphernalia and no bond was set for a Class C felony for a hold regarding a parole violation.

Madison County sheriff deputies arrested Marlissa L. Reeder, 19, of the 1100 block of W. Monroe Street, Alexandria, at 9:44 a.m. Tuesday. Bond was set at $3,000 for a Class C misdemeanor for illegal consumption of alcohol by minor.

Anderson police arrested Harold G. Gunderson, 49, of the 2000 block of Hendricks Street, Anderson, at 10:05 a.m. Tuesday. Bond was set at $5,000 for a Class D felony for possession of cocaine or narcotic drug and $5,000 for a Class A misdemeanor for resisting law enforcement. No bond was set for a Class D felony hold for a 10-day probation violation.

Lapel police arrested John B. Bachman II, 45, of the 200 block of Davis Drive, Anderson, at 12:42 p.m. Tuesday. Bond was set at $5,000 for a Class D felony for resisting law enforcement, at $5,000 for a Class A misdemeanor for OWI and at $5,000 for a Class A misdemeanor for reckless driving.

Madison County sheriff deputies arrested Marcus J. Hallenbeck, 33, of the 500 block of N. Buckingham Court, Anderson, at 5 p.m. Tuesday. No bond was set for a Class D felony for return to county jail per court order.
