NOR Body no bullet:Arrests made by Madison County law enforcement on Sunday and Monday, based on Madison County Jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers, but are not final until the Madison County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

NOR body bullet:State police arrested Edward Kinser, 72, of the 5400 block of South County Road 100 East, Anderson, at 8:24 a.m. Sunday. Bond was set at $4,000 for Class C misdemeanor OWI.

Madison County police arrested Roger L. Hoppes, 52, of the 8900 block of South State Road 109, Markleville, at 9:16 a.m. Sunday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony habitual traffic offender.

Anderson police arrested Amber R. Watson, 35, of the 1800 block of Morton Street, Anderson, at 9:54 a.m. Sunday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony OWI.

Anderson police arrested Bridgette A. Brown, 44, of the 1400 block of West 22nd Street, Anderson, at 10:30 a.m. Sunday. Bond was set at $5,000 for contempt of court on a Class D felony, Class A misdemeanor conversion, Class B misdemeanor false informing and Class B misdemeanor public intoxication.

Madison County police arrested Jesse B. Cochran, 25, of the 500 block of Nursery Road, Anderson, at 2:58 p.m. Sunday. No bond was set for failure to appear on a Class D felony.

Anderson police arrested Ashley L. Harrington, 23, of the 3600 block of Oaklawn Drive, Anderson, at 5:36 p.m. Sunday. No bond was set for Class A misdemeanor battery.

Madison County police arrested Curtis T. Ploughman, 36, of the 400 block of West 11th Street, Anderson, at 5:39 p.m. Sunday. Bond was set at $380 for failure to appear on a Class A misdemeanor.

Anderson police arrested Glen E. Stutzman, 21, of the 3600 block of Oaklawn Drive, Anderson, at 6:26 p.m. Sunday. No bond was set for Class A misdemeanor battery.

Anderson police arrested Andre D. Echols, 28, of the 200 block of East 23rd Street, Anderson, at 7:59 p.m. Sunday. No bond was set for failure to appear on a Class B felony.
