Arrest Log

Arrests made by Madison County law enforcement on Tuesday and Wednesday, based on Madison County Jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers, but are not final until the Madison County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

Madison County police arrested Michael J. Hestand, 24, of the 800 block of West 14th Street, Anderson, at 2:28 a.m. Tuesday. No bond was set for violation of probation on a Class B felony.

Madison County police arrested Martaes L. Beverly, 19, of the 6100 block of Arrowhead Drive, Anderson, at 4:35 a.m. Tuesday. No bond was set for Class D felony violation of in-home detention.

Elwood police arrested Nathaniel C. Johnson, 29, of the 1600 block of North B Street, Elwood, at 4:58 a.m. Tuesday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony domestic battery and Class A misdemeanor interference with reporting of a crime.

Anderson police arrested Randall C. Kingery, 45, of the 3300 block of Burton Place, Anderson, at 6 a.m. Tuesday. Bond was set at $11,000 for Class A misdemeanor pointing a firearm, Class C felony intimidation and contempt of court in a civil case.

Anderson police arrested Robert B. Cook, 39, of the 400 block of East Indiana 48, Mooresville, at 3:46 p.m. Tuesday. Bond was set at $20,000 for Class A misdemeanor conversion.

Madison County police arrested Wesley L. Hood Sr., 53, of the 1500 block of Halford Street, Anderson, at 4:51 p.m. Tuesday. Bond was set at $560 for failure to appear on a Class A misdemeanor.

Madison County police arrested Dena M. Holderfield, 55, of the 3100 block of Eagledale Drive, Indianapolis, at 5:31 p.m. Tuesday. Bond was set at $10,000 for Class D felony theft.

Madison County police arrested Marquisha M. Foster, 24, of the 800 block of West Vinyard Street, Anderson, at 6:54 p.m. Tuesday. Bond was set at $500 for contempt of court.

Madion County police arrested Todd A. Gosha, 23, of the 1600 block of Nichol Avenue, Anderson, at 7:25 p.m. Tuesday. No bond was set for probation violation on a Class A misdemeanor.
