Editorial: Albano served city well as head football coach

(Continued)

Certainly it is unlikely a coach with Albano's level of experience can be found to fill the vacancy. It could also be difficult to get as good a coach.

Just the presence of Indianapolis Cathedral in the same sectional as the Indians will deter some coaches from looking favorably upon the position. Coming into a school where basketball still reigns supreme won't be attractive to some potential candidates, as well.

There's little doubt that finding a replacement with Albano's commitment to the sport will be an arduous task.

In summary Finding a replacement with football coach Randy Albano's commitment to the sport will be an arduous task for Anderson Community Schools.
