Arrest Log: May 16

ANDERSON, Ind. — Arrests made by Madison County law enforcement on Tuesday and Wednesday, based on Madison County Jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers, but are not final until the Madison County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

Anderson police arrested Nathan Gaspert, 24, of the 2500 block of Brown Street, Anderson, at 11:18 a.m. Tuesday at the intersection of 14th Street and Central Avenue, Anderson. No bond was set on a Class A misdemeanor charge of contempt of court.

Chesterfield police arrested Ameisha M Dye, 30, of the 2300 block of Arrow Avenue, Anderson, at 12:58 p.m. Tuesday at the intersection of County Road 67 at 500 East. No bond was set on a Class A misdemeanor charge of battery with no or minor injury.

The Madison County Sheriff’s Department arrested Andrew H. Strange, 27, of the 1900 block of Bermuda Circle, Coconut Creek, Fla., at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday. Bond was set at $60,000 on two Class B felony charges of robbery and habitual offense, and two Class A misdemeanor holds for jail booking.

The Madison County Sheriff’s Department arrested Brad E. Burton, 58, of the 1100 block of East 29th Street, Anderson, at 3:03 p.m. Tuesday. Bond was set at $80,000 on two Class B felony charges of burglary and dealing a schedule I, II or III controlled substance, and two Class D felony charges of theft and offenses relating to the registration labeling and prescription forms.

Anderson police arrested Amber R. Watson, 34, of the 1800 block of Morton Street, Anderson, at 5:09 p.m. Tuesday. Bond was set at $2,000 on a Class A misdemeanor charge of failure to appear for jail booking.

The Madison County Sheriff’s Department arrested David F. Adams II, 23, of the 2600 block of Louise Street, Anderson, at 6:02 p.m. Tuesday. Bond was set at $5,000 on a Class D felony charge of resisting law enforcement by running from an officer.

The Madison County Sheriff’s Department arrested Brittani D. Pryor, 24, of the 9900 block of Pendleton Pike, Indianapolis, at 6:16 p.m. Tuesday. No bond was set on a Class B felony charge of probation violation.

Anderson police arrested Ashley L. Batler, 27, of the 3500 block of Hawthorne Road, Anderson, at 8:48 p.m. Tuesday in the 4000 block of Somerset Drive. Bond was set at $20,000 on two Class D felony charges of possession of methamphetamine and theft.

Anderson police arrested Tiffany G. Anderson, 24, of the 8800 block of West County Road 825 North, Middletown, at 8:52 p.m. Tuesday in the 4000 block of Somerset Drive. Bond was set at $30,000 on three Class D felony charges of theft and possession of methamphetamine and syringe.

Police arrested Edward L. Holtsclaw, 37, of the 5700 block of Indiana 37, Elwood, at 1:47 a.m. Wednesday in the 2800 block of 1000 North, Alexandria. Bond was set at $10,000 on a Class D felony charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated and a Class A misdemeanor charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated and endangering a person.

The Madison County Sheriff’s Department arrested Lisa M. Thurman, 34, of the 10900 block of Pugh Street, Alexandria, at 1:52 a.m. Wednesday. Bond was set at $5,000 on a Class A misdemeanor charge of domestic battery.

The Madison County Sheriff’s Department arrested Christopher B. Ryan, 37, of the 10900 block of Pugh Street, Alexandria, at 2:56 a.m. Wednesday. Bond was set at $5,000 on a Class A misdemeanor charge of domestic battery.

The Madison County Sheriff’s Department arrested Jenneice Kendrick, 42, of the 4100 block of Edge Court, Indianapolis, at 4:38 a.m. Wednesday. No bond was set on a Class C felony charge of probation violation.

Alexandria police arrested Michael Von Pickett III, 37, of the 2000 block of West County Road 1100 North, Alexandria, at 6:28 a.m. Wednesday at the intersection of West County Road 1100 North and 200 West. Bond was set $5,000 on two Class D felony charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated with prior conviction and jail booking, and a Class C felony hold for probation violation.

The Madison County Sheriff’s Department arrested Joshua T. Owens, 36, of the 8200 block of North Brooks Lane, Scipio,  at 10:07 a.m. Wednesday. Bond was set at $80,000 on a Class D felony charge of theft and a Class B felony charge of burglary of a dwelling.
