David and Lisa (Riddle) Adams announce the engagement of their son, D. Joshua Adams, to Rebecca L. Hagen, daughter of Bruce Hagen and Dawn Copeland of Plainfield and Gayle and Gary Usinger of Phoenix, Ariz.

Josh is a 2001 graduate of Elwood Community High School and served four years in the U.S. Marine Corps with two tours of duty in Iraq. He is employed by Don Hinds Ford, Noblesville, in sales.

Becky is a 2000 graduate of North Central High School, Indianapolis, and a 2007 graduate of Indiana Wesleyan with a degree in business management. She is employed by Dawes & Fretzin Dermatology group in Indianapolis.

The couple were engaged on June 21 during a gondola ride on the canal in Indianapolis, and will marry in July 2009.
