The Madison County Historical Society new exhibit, “The Cowboy Way,” features a collection of items related to movie and TV cowboys such as Max Terhune, Roy Rogers and Gene Autry, who have ties to Madison County.
The exhibit contains newspaper articles, pictures, comics, statues, photographs and more on display.
The History Center, 7 W. 11th St., is open on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. The facility is scheduled to be open for three Saturdays, March 22, April 19 and May 17 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
"The Cowboy Way" exhibit closes on May 30. Special group tours are available at other times with approved pre-arrangement.
There is no admission fee for this exhibit or any exhibit at the facility.
