Just unveiled: Enchanted Fairy Trail

The Herald Bulletin

---- — RICHMOND — All across Richmond and Wayne County, fairy doors, houses and gardens have magically appeared in various locations. These whimsical settlements include working lights, windows you can peek through to see their wee furniture and décor, and even a mystical farm. The Enchanted Fairy Trail takes visitors on a unique adventure through the area stopping at 37 locations offering 45 fairy homes and gardens to marvel at. More are being constructed and will be added to the trail.

Visitors young and young at heart are invited to search for the teeny dwellings and gardens. Many of them can be found outside and inside shops and cafes within walking distance of the Richmond Historic Depot District and Main Street areas. Others are located throughout Richmond and Centerville in libraries, gardens, museums and other businesses.

Enchanted Fairy Trail brochures are available at the Old National Road Welcome Center, 5701 National Road East, Richmond. Locations for each stop along the trail are highlighted in the brochure.
