Library adds 2 digital services for cardholders

ANDERSON — Anderson Public Library has announced two new digital services for library cardholders. OneClickdigital is an online service from Recorded Books that provides library customers with access to classic books in audio or eBook formats.

Users have the option to download books to their computer or mobile device. Freegal Movies & Television from Library Ideas gives library customers access to thousands of video selections from major content suppliers from the convenience of their personal computer or mobile device. There are no waiting lists for either service — search or browse for a title, checkout with your library card number, and then read, listen, or watch!

“We are very excited to offer services like these that deliver great content, compatibility with lots of devices, and simplicity of use. We think these services will be incredibly popular with our customers as people are demanding more and more digital media,” said Danielle Acton, digital services coordinator.

OneClickdigital and Freegal Movies & Television can be accessed through the library’s website at www.andersonlibrary.net/downloadables. For more information, contact the library at 641-2456 or information@andersonlibrary.net.
