Isabel Society to host Box Lunch and Style Show

ANDERSON, Ind. — The Isabel Society will host its annual Box Lunch and Style Show from noon to 2 p.m. on Wednesday, April 17, at the Harter House, 600 Main St.

The theme is “Spring Fling.” Guests will have the opportunity to win door prizes. The owner of the lucky raffle ticket will win a gift certificate to Moneyhun’s Gift Shop.

Tickets for the luncheon are $15. To purchase tickets, call Harter House at 642-7600.

The Isabel Society was formed in 1979 to benefit United Faith Housing in Anderson. It was organized exclusively for charitable purposes to support the two locations of United Faith Housing for seniors: Harter House and Vermillion Place.

They have supplied many items in the past such as a van, freezers, dishwasher, dinner ware and other items as they are needed. They have also completely refurbished the public rooms at Harter House and purchased large-screen televisions for both facilities. They have also purchased a deck awning and recovered furniture for Vermillion Place.
