Auditions begin today for 'The Christmas Miracle'

OVID, Ind. — Susan Wojciechowsk’s best-selling children’s book "The Christmas Miracle of Jonathan Toomey" will be presented in its first musical adaptation Dec. 6-8 at Ovid Community Church, 793 E. 600S, Anderson. 

Ovid Senior Pastor Keith Wooden wrote the theatrical adaptation of the book. Rod Smith, a local music producer, is writing music for the production.

Auditions are open to the public as follows: 6- 8 p.m. today; 9-11 a.m. Saturday; and noon-1:30 p.m. Sunday in Ovid Community Church’s Choir Room by the south entrance.

Available role parts range for children ages 5-10 as well as parts for teens and adults.
