Tipton
Charles W. Tipton and Barbara Riggs Tipton will celebrate their 30th wedding anniversary on March 25, 2009. The couple was married March 25, 1979, at the home of the bride’s parents nnear Greenfield, Ind., east of Eden.
Charles retired from Delco Remy Plant 20. Barbara is also retired.
They are the mother and stepfather of Stacy (Chris) Lowe of Reelsville, Ind., Cherri (Jim) Enea of Pendleton, and Jay (Julayne) Riggs of Arizona. They have six grandchildren, Christy Vaughn, Chelsea and Britani Enea, Max and Samantha Lowe, and Aubrey Riggs, and one great-grandson, Brayden Vaughn.
