Johnson, 26, of the 1300 block of South B Street, Elwood, at 1:20 a.m. Monday in the 1300 block of South B on suspicion of dealing a schedule IV controlled substance, a Class C felony; maintaining a common nuisance, a Class D felony; possession of marijuana, a Class A misdemeanor; possession of paraphernalia, a Class A misdemeanor; and two counts of possession of a controlled substance, a Class D felony. Bond is $10,000.

• Anderson police arrested Anthony L. Vanscyoc, 24, of the 1400 block of South Andrew Road, Yorktown, at 11:22 p.m. Sunday in the 3100 block of Scatterfield Road on suspicion of operating a vehicle while intoxicated, a Class C misdemeanor, and driving while suspended, a Class A misdemeanor. Bond is $5,000.
