Lehman and the three men all made initial court appearances Tuesday, but they have not been charged. Magistrate Stephen Clase approved a request from prosecutors for an extra three days to file formal counts. According to court documents, prosecutors say each will likely face a Class A felony charge in connection to the shooting and attempted robbery. The felony carries a sentencing range of 20 to 50 years if convicted. --------- What’s next? Prosecutors are expected to file charges against Darrah Lehman, Joel Everman, Keayon Scott and Tyler Campbell by Friday. The four are accused of shooting and trying to rob an Anderson man early Monday.
