- Elwood police arrested Jacob J. Maine, 21, of the 6500 block of North 400 West, Sharpsville, Ind., at 8:10 a.m. Friday at the Howard County Jail on suspicion of possession of marijuana, a Class A misdemeanor. He is being held without bond.
- Frankton police arrested Brook E. Robinette, 36, of the 100 block of East Sigler Street, Frankton, at 2:35 a.m. Friday near the intersection of Park and Walnut streets on suspicion of operating a vehicle while intoxicated, a Class A misdemeanor. Bond is $3,000.
- Anderson police arrested Joseph W. Baker, 26, of the 6500 block of Paramount Springs Drive, Anderson, at 6:45 a.m. Friday in the 6500 block of Paramount Springs on suspicion of criminal recklessness, a Class A misdemeanor, and invasion of privacy, a Class B misdemeanor. He is being held without bond.
- Anderson police arrested Addie J. Rice, 21, of the 3700 block of Oaklawn Drive, Anderson, at 11 p.m. Thursday in the 2100 block of Pearl Street on suspicion of conversion, a Class A misdemeanor. Bond is $5,000.
- Anderson police arrested Randolph Tyler-Bey, 45, of the 800 block of Washington Boulevard, Anderson, at 11:45 p.m. Thursday in the 800 block of Washington on suspicion of invasion of privacy, a Class A misdemeanor. He is being held without bond.
- Anderson police arrested Mark A. Kumkoski, 39, of the 1200 block of Home Avenue, Anderson, at 4:20 p.m. Thursday in the 1200 block of Home on suspicion of domestic battery, a Class D felony. He has since been released.
- Anderson police arrested Michael B. Griffin, 27, of the 6100 block of West Eighth Street, Anderson, at 4:15 a.m. Friday in the 400 block of East 15th Street on suspicion of resisting law enforcement, a Class A misdemeanor, and disorderly conduct, a Class B misdemeanor. He has since been released.
- Anderson police arrested Guydell M. Watson, 25, of the 2100 block of Pearl Street, Anderson, at 11 p.m. Thursday in the 2100 block of Pearl on suspicion of possession of marijuana, a Class A misdemeanor. He has since been released.
- Anderson police arrested David G. Hubble, 22, of the 2100 block of Pearl Street, Anderson, at 11 p.m. Thursday in the 2100 block of Pearl on suspicion of possession of marijuana, a Class A misdemeanor. He has since been released.
