Lapel schools achieve AYP, Frankton falls short By Aleasha Sandley, Herald Bulletin Staff WriterNeither Frankton Elementary School nor Frankton Junior-Senior High School, also in the Frankton-Lapel school district, passed AYP in 2008.
Frankton Elementary made AYP in the past two years, did not make it in 2004 and 2005 and did achieve AYP in 2002 and 2003.
