Published May 08, 2008 09:13 am - Firefighters have responded to what is believed to be a compressor fire at Brockway Glass in Lapel. 9:12 a.m.: Fire reported at Brockway Glass The Herald Bulletin Firefighters have responded to what is believed to be a compressor fire at Brockway Glass in Lapel.
The fire was first reported around 9 a.m. Thursday. Brockway Glass is located on Brookside drive, just off Indiana 32, in Lapel. Radio traffic suggests the fire may be burning near tanks of diesel fuel. More information will be posted on our Web site as it become available.
