• Alexandria police arrested Matthew A. Vaught, 29, of the 1300 block of South Harrison Street, Alexandria, at 12:50 p.m. Saturday near the intersection of Harrison and Berry streets on suspicion of driving while suspended, a Class A misdemeanor. Bond is $5,000.

• Chesterfield police arrested Phillip M. Arnold, 56, of the 100 block of East Plumwood Avenue, Chesterfield, at 11:29 a.m. Saturday near the intersection of Indiana 32 and 500 East on suspicion of operating a vehicle while intoxicated, a Class A misdemeanor; failure to stop after damage to property, a Class B misdemeanor; and reckless driving, a Class B misdemeanor. Bond is $5,000.

• Anderson police arrested Debra E. Johnson, 50, of the 1500 block of Raintree Drive, Anderson, at 2 a.m. Saturday near the intersection of Eighth Street and Madison Avenue on suspicion of conversion, a Class A misdemeanor. Bond is $5,000.

• Anderson police arrested Christopher M. Jones, 19, of the 1900 block of Fulton Street, Anderson, at 10 p.m. Friday in the 2300 block of Charles Street on suspicion of conversion, a Class A misdemeanor. Bond is $5,000.

•The Madison County Drug Task Force arrested Andrew A. Edwards, 18, of the 1600 block of Nichol Avenue, Anderson, at 1:30 p.m. Friday in the 1600 block of Nichol on suspicion of dealing cocaine, a Class A felony; possession of cocaine, a Class D felony; resisting law enforcement, a Class A misdemeanor; and possession of marijuana, a Class A misdemeanor. Bond is $35,000.

• Anderson police arrested Thomas A. Parke, 24, of the 1900 block of Van Buskirk Road, Anderson, at 9:29 p.m. Friday at the Anderson Police Department on suspicion of neglect of a dependent, a Class D felony, and operating a vehicle while intoxicated, a Class D felony. He has since been released.

• Edgewood police arrested Christopher J. Sowar, 53, of the 6200 block of West 100 North, Anderson, at 6:57 p.m. Friday at the Madison County Jail on suspicion of operating a vehicle while intoxicated, a Class D felony. He has since been released.

• Madison County sheriff’s deputies arrested John M. Ray II, 33, of the 2700 block of Seminole Drive, Anderson, at 11:45 p.m. Friday in the 900 block of West 900 North on suspicion of residential entry, a Class D felony, and resisting law enforcement, a Class A misdemeanor. He has since been released.
