Anderson police arrested Allen J. Willis, 32, of the 2500 block of Fowler Street, Anderson, at 5:10 a.m. Saturday in the 2500 block of Fowler on suspicion of battery, a Class A misdemeanor. He is being held without bond.

Anderson police arrested Brandon R. Miller, 25, of the 13200 block of Summerwood Lane, Fishers, at 4 a.m. Saturday in the 500 block of Atlanta Street on suspicion of operating a vehicle while intoxicated, a Class A misdemeanor. Bond is $20,000.

Madison County sheriff’s deputies arrested Dale L. Timmons, 64, of the 4700 block of Huff Drive, Anderson, at 7:30 p.m. Friday in the 4700 block of Huff on suspicion of domestic battery, a Class A misdemeanor. Bond is $3,000.

Madison County sheriff’s deputies arrested Zachary J. Harless, 19, of the 300 block of East Cross Street, Anderson, at 5:52 p.m. Friday in the 300 block of East Cross on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance, a Class D felony. Bond is $5,000.

Anderson police arrested Ian M.F. Killion, 19, of the 900 block of College Avenue, Anderson, at 4:19 p.m. Friday in the 900 block of College on suspicion of intimidation, a Class A misdemeanor. He is being held without bond.

Summitville police arrested Ivy M. Arehart, 24, of the 1100 block of North 19th Street, Elwood, at 3:40 a.m. Saturday in the 300 block of North Main Street on suspicion of operating a vehicle while intoxicated. She has since been released.

Alexandria police arrested Dustin J. Weir, 22, of the 900 block of West Washington Street, Alexandria, at 10:40 p.m. Friday in the 200 block of South Harrison Street on suspicion of possession of marijuana, a Class A misdemeanor, and driving while suspended, a Class A misdemeanor. He has since been released.

n Anderson police arrested Stephen E. Bond, 40, of the 3700 block of Columbus Avenue, Anderson, at 7:10 p.m. Wednesday in the 3700 block of Columbus on suspicion of domestic battery, a Class D felony. Bond is $5,000.

Indiana State Police troopers arrested Benigno N. Rangel, 32, of the 300 block of Harmony Court, Anderson, at 2:46 a.m. Thursday near the intersection of 29th Street and Pearl Street on suspicion of operating a vehicle while intoxicated, a Class A misdemeanor. He has since been released.

Lapel police arrested Jeremy P. Land, 23, of the 4300 block of South 800 West, Lapel, at 3:09 a.m. Thursday near the intersection of Indiana 13 and 300 South on suspicion of operating a vehicle while intoxicated, a Class A misdemeanor. He has since been released.

Madison County sheriff’s deputies arrested James B. Leisure, 27, of the 7800 block of South Spring Street, Daleville, at 3:15 p.m. Thursday at the Madison County Jail on suspicion of theft, a Class D felony. He has since been released.

Anderson police arrested Brian K. Hunter, 27, of the 300 block of Edgemound Road, Anderson, at 12:15 p.m. Thursday in the 300 block of Edgemound on suspicion of strangulation, a Class D felony; battery, a Class A misdemeanor; intimidation, a Class A misdemeanor; and interference with the reporting of a crime, a Class A misdemeanor. He has since been released.

Anderson police arrested Linda Lou Taylor, 58, of the 1100 block East 30th Street, Anderson, at 4:45 p.m. Thursday in the 2300 block of Charles Street on suspicion of theft, a Class D felony. Bond is $5,000.

Madison County sheriff’s deputies arrested Tama G. Butts, 18, of the 1200 block of Maple Street, Anderson, at 10:18 a.m. Friday at the Madison County Government Center on suspicion of residential entry, a Class D felony, and invasion of privacy, a Class A misdemeanor. Bond is $5,000.

Anderson police arrested David J. Shoemaker, 21, of the 1100 block of South Gallatin Street, Marion, at 12:45 p.m. Friday in the 2300 block of Central Avenue on suspicion of invasion of privacy, a Class A misdemeanor; possession of a firearm, a Class D felony; and possession of marijuana, a Class A misdemeanor. He is being held without bond.
