• Edgewood police arrested Matthew Coonce, 31, of 4500 block of South Lafayette St., Fort Wayne, at 11:35 p.m. Saturday in the 400 block of Meadow Lane, Edgewood, on suspicion of operating a vehicle while intoxicated, a Class D felony, and driving while suspended, a Class A misdemeanor. Bond is $10,000.

• Indiana State police arrested David Justice, 34, of 2400 block of Chase Street, Anderson, at 7:15 p.m. Saturday at the intersection of Indiana Road 9 and County Road 1100 North, on suspicion of operating a vehicle while intoxicated and intimidation, both Class D felonies. Bond is $5,000.

• Anderson police arrested Jason Kimmerling, 35, of 400 block of East 34th Street, Anderson, at 1:20 a.m. Sunday at 3100 Main St., Anderson, on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance, a Class D felony, and public intoxication, a Class B misdemeanor. Bond is $5,000.

• Anderson police arrested William Freed, 44, of 3400 block of Main Street, Anderson, at 3:30 a.m. Sunday at his home, on suspicion of criminal confinement, a Class B felony, and intimidation, a Class C felony. Bond is $20,000.

• Anderson police arrested Adam Waldrep, 22, of 200 block of West Third Street, Anderson, at 1:37 a.m. Sunday at the intersection of 27th and Chase streets on suspicion of resisting law enforcement, a Class A misdemeanor, and public intoxication, a Class B misdemeanor. Bond is $5,000.

• Elwood police arrested Jay Stone, 39, of 900 block of North 11th Street, Elwood, at 12:27 a.m. Sunday in the 600 block of South 22nd Street, Elwood, on suspicion of domestic battery, a Class A misdemeanor. Bond is $3,000.

• Anderson police arrested Brayson Peoples, 22, of 1900 block of South Goyer Road, Kokomo, at 12:09 a.m. Sunday at the intersection of 10th and Sycamore streets on suspicion of criminal confinement, pointing a firearm and criminal recklessness, all Class D felonies. Bond was $10,000. He has since been released.
