• Anderson police arrested Jacob L. Hankla, 19, of the 2300 block of Dove Street, Anderson, at 2 a.m. Sunday in the 2400 block of 53rd Street on suspicion of possession of marijuana, a Class A misdemeanor. Bond is $4,000.

• Anderson police arrested Edgar A. Torres, 23, of the 2200 block of George Street, Anderson at 11:23 p.m. Saturday at 23rd and Jefferson streets on suspicion of operating a vehicle while intoxicated, a Class A misdemeanor. Bond is $5,000.

• Madison County sheriff’s deputies arrested Edward L. Wright, 41, of the 700 block of Hillside Drive, Anderson, at 8 p.m. Saturday in the 700 block of Hillside Drive on suspicion of domestic battery, a Class A misdemeanor. Bond is $5,000.

• Anderson police arrested Derrick A. Kimbrell, 23, of the 2800 block of Crystal Street, Anderson, at 7:50 p.m. Saturday in the 2800 block of Crystal Street on suspicion of public intoxication, a Class B misdemeanor, resisting law enforcement, a Class A misdemeanor, and disorderly conduct, a Class B misdemeanor. Bond is $4,000.

• Alexandria police arrested Rhonda L. Marks, 55, of the 100 block of Seminole Drive, Anderson, at 11:48 p.m. Saturday in the 400 block of South Park Ave. on suspicion of possession of cocaine, a Class B felony; possession of a controlled substance, a Class C felony; possession of paraphernalia, a Class A misdemeanor; public intoxication, a Class B misdemeanor; and driving while intoxicated, a Class A misdemeanor. Bond is $20,000.

• Anderson police arrested Cleon Brown, 52, of the 100 block of West 13th Street, Anderson, at 6:20 p.m. Saturday in the 100 block of West 14th Street at 6:20 p.m. Saturday on suspicion of public intoxication, a Class B misdemeanor. He has since been released.

• Anderson police arrested Jacob A. Kimm, 31, of the 800 block of Lindberg Road, Anderson, at 5:30 p.m. Saturday at 24th Street and Raible Avenue on suspicion of possession of cocaine or a narcotic drug, a Class D felony. He has since been released.

• Alexandria police arrested Coty M. Morgan, 25, of the 13700 block of County Road 200 West, Alexandria, at 12:30 p.m. Sunday at The Curve Inn on suspicion of disorderly conduct, a Class B misdemeanor, and public intoxication, a Class B misdemeanor. He has since been released.
