DALEVILLE — Indiana State Police arrested a 65-year-old man Tuesday after finding a quantity of marijuana inside his Daleville home.

Keith A. Miller, Daleville, was being held in the Delaware County Jail on $5,000 bond late Tuesday after being arrested at about 3 p.m. on suspicion of possession of marijuana over 30 grams, a Class D felony, according to an ISP news release.

Senior Trooper Ron Halbert, who works as the ISP Redkey Post’s marijuana eradication coordinator, received information from Daleville police that Miller was growing marijuana inside his home in the 8200 block of Sorgum Street.

Investigators got a search warrant for Miller’s home and discovered an inactive indoor grow operation and about 1.3 pounds of marijuana, according to the release.
