Published July 23, 2008 12:40 am - Firefighters from Anderson and Richland Township were at the scene of a structure fire at Indiana 9 and Iroquois Drive early Wednesday. 1:15 a.m. UPDATE: Firefighters at scene of fire on Scatterfield Firefighters from Richland Township, Anderson and Chesterfield were at the scene of a house fire in the 2600 block of North Scatterfield Road early Wednesday.
Radio reports from first responders at 12:20 a.m. Wednesday indicated that the fire was fully involved and heavy smoke was showing. Additional tankers were being dispatched to the fire at 1:03 a.m. At 1:12 a.m., a Richland Township fire official requested that Emergency Management send two units to block Scatterfield Road between Rainbow Boulevard and south of Hartman Road.
