— Madison County sheriff’s deputies arrested Robert Merrill Sowash, 43, of Willow Road, Anderson, at 11:53 a.m. Saturday at the intersection of Main Street and Haverhill Drive on suspicion of operating while intoxicated, a Class A misdemeanor. Bond is $5,000.

— Anderson police arrested John Michael-Lee Tripp, 18, of the 800 block of East 20th Street, Anderson, at 10:57 a.m. Saturday at the intersection of 17th and Sheridan streets on suspicion of theft, a Class D felony; public intoxication, a Class B misdemeanor; and criminal mischief and trespass, both Class A misdemeanors. Bond is $5,000.

— Anderson police arrested Donald Dean Osborn II, 18, of the 500 block of West 19th Street, Anderson, at 9:41 a.m. Saturday at the intersection of 17th Street and Madison Avenue on suspicion of theft, a Class D felony; public intoxication, a Class B misdemeanor; illegal consumption of alcohol, a Class C misdemeanor; and criminal mischief and trespass, both Class A misdemeanors. Bond is $5,000.

— Alexandria police arrested Brian Eugene Sigler, 42, of the 700 block of South Black Street, Alexandria, at 7:34 a.m. Saturday in the 200 block of South Harrison Street on suspicion of operating while intoxicated, a Class A misdemeanor. Bond is $5,000.

— Madison County sheriff’s deputies arrested Fernando Gonzalez, 28, of the 1300 block of East 53rd Street, Anderson, at 6:48 a.m. Saturday at the intersection of Scatterfield and Mounds roads on suspicion of operating while intoxicated, a Class A misdemeanor, and operating while never receiving a license, a Class C misdemeanor. Bond is $5,000.

— Anderson police arrested Daniel Clay Dodd, 19, of the 3000 block of Meadowcrest Drive, Anderson, at 5:27 a.m. Saturday in the 3000 block of Meadowcrest Drive on suspicion of criminal recklessness, a Class D felony, and battery, a Class A misdemeanor. There is no bond.

— Anderson police arrested Terry Wayne Lawson, 52, of the 1400 block of Central Avenue, Anderson, at 2:40 a.m. Saturday in the 1400 block of Central Avenue on suspicion of sexual battery, a Class D felony. Bond is $5,000.

— Anderson police arrested Ashley Nicole Murphy, 18, of the 300 block of South Washington Street, Chesterfield, at 1:59 a.m. Saturday at the intersection of 19th Street and Central Avenue on suspicion of contributing to the delinquency of a minor, a Class A misdemeanor, and illegal possession of alcohol, a Class C misdemeanor. Bond is $4,000.

— Ingalls police arrested Percy Lewis Davis, 61, of the 5800 block of Dianne Street, Shreveport, La., at 9:36 a.m. Saturday at the Madison County jail on suspicion of possession of paraphernalia, a Class A misdemeanor, and two counts of operating while intoxicated, a Class C misdemeanor. He has since been released.

— Madison County sheriff’s deputies arrested Vaughn Leon Coleman, 41, of the 3000 block of Westfall Park, Carmel, at 10:23 p.m. Friday on Interstate 69 northbound at the 18-mile marker on suspicion of operating while intoxicated, a Class A misdemeanor. He has since been released.

— Pendleton police arrested Stanley Calvin Kinkade, 56, of the 500 block of South Pendleton Avenue, Pendleton, at 6:40 a.m. Saturday in the 500 block of South Pendleton Avenue on suspicion of criminal mischief and trespass, both Class A misdemeanors. He has since been released.

— Alexandria police arrested Richard Wayne Plue, 50, of the 900 block of South Anderson Street, Elwood, at 2 a.m. Saturday in the 200 block of South Harrison Street on suspicion of operating while intoxicated, a Class D felony. He has since been released.

— Pendleton police arrested Diana Sue Handley, 54, of the 500 block of Redwood Drive, Pendleton, at 7:04 p.m. Friday at the intersection of North Pendleton Avenue and Woodlawn on suspicion of operating while intoxicated, a class A misdemeanor. She has since been released.
