A cadre of supporters will rally at Foley’s office at 11 a.m. to escort him to Indianapolis. The Anderson Fire Department will fly flags at half-staff in tribute to Vader, the deceased fire department dog.

Good morning.

It’s 6:45 a.m. Tuesday and the staff at The Herald Bulletin is getting down to work. We will pursue news throughout the day and will have frequent updates here on our Web site.

Today, Middletown’s Dr. Phillip Foley will appear before a State Medical Licensing board over accusations linking him to overdose deaths of patients. A cadre of supporters will rally at Foley’s office at 11 a.m. to escort him to Indianapolis. The Anderson Fire Department will fly flags at half-staff in tribute to Vader, the deceased fire department dog. The Chesterfield Police Department will give bicycles to kids and the Business to Business Trade Show is coming to the Wigwam from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
