u Anderson police arrested Harry K. Southhard Jr., 27, of the 9400 block of U.S. 119, Totz, Ky., at 10:45 a.m. on Sunday. Bond was set for $40,000 on charges of Class A misdemeanor possession of marijuana and Class B misdemeanor public intoxication.

u Alexandria police arrested Shawn M. Parks, 36, of the 2700 block of Dakota Drive, Anderson, at 4:24 a.m. on Sunday at John and West Streets, Alexandria. Bond was set for $5,000 on charges of Class A misdemeanor driving while suspended.

u Madison County deputies arrested Ronald C. Smith Jr., 32, of the 1500 block of East 31st Street, Anderson, at 12:30 a.m. on Sunday at 29th Street and Central Avenue, Anderson. Bond was set for $5,000 on charges of Class A misdemeanor operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

u Anderson police arrested Leugim O. Manas, 25, of the 1300 block of West 23rd Street, Anderson, at 11:35 p.m. on Saturday at 1311 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., Anderson. Bond was set for $4,000 on charges of Class A misdemeanor resisting law enforcement.

u Frankton police arrested Daniel J. Brock, 28, of the 300 block of Cliff Overlook, Noblesville, at 12:05 a.m. on Sunday. Bond was set for $6,000 on charges of Class A misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia.

u Elwood police arrested Steven E. Stafford, 56, of the 1600 block of South G Street, Elwood, at 4:04 p.m. on Saturday at his home. No bond was set on charges of Class A misdemeanor invasion of privacy.

u Anderson police arrested Fawn R. Elliot, 37, of the 4600 block of Clark Street, Anderson, at 10:15 p.m. on Saturday in the 3500 block of Hamilton. Bond was set for $5,000 on charges of Class A misdemeanor operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

u Anderson police arrested Kevin L. Shirley, 40, of the 1100 block of Morton Street, Anderson at 7 p.m. on Saturday at his home. No bond was set on charges of Class A misdemeanor battery.

u Edgewood police arrested David L. Swinford, 42, of the 10000 block of Cerulean Drive, Noblesville, at 2:45 p.m. on Saturday at Nichol Avenue and South Winding Way, Edgewood. Bond was set for $5,000 on charges of Class D felony possession of controlled substance.

u Anderson police arrested Armando J. Jarrett, 18, of the 500 block of West 600 North, Alexandria, at 6:37 p.m. on Friday at Nichol and Madison Avenues, Anderson. Bond was set for $4,000 on charges of Class A misdemeanor possession of marijuana and Class A misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia.

u Madison County deputies arrested Robert A. Provost, 36, of the 1600 block of West 53rd Street, Anderson, at 2:05 a.m. on Sunday at 53rd and Scatterfield, Anderson. He was released on $5,000 bond with charges of Class D felony operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

u Anderson police arrested Duane D. Stout, 26, of the 1900 block of Boxwood Drive, Anderson, at 8:09 p.m. on Friday in the 1400 block of West 22nd Street, Anderson. He was released on $5,000 bond with charges of Class D felony possession of a controlled substance and Class A misdemeanor operating a vehicle while intoxicated.
