Arrest Log

Arrests made by Madison County law enforcement on Saturday and Sunday, based on Madison County Jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers, but are not final until the Madison County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

Madison County deputies arrested Carlos M. Chavez, 46, of the 12300 block of Keeley Court, Fishers, at 10:39 a.m. Saturday. No bond was set for court commitment on a Class D felony.

Anderson police arrested Ashlee B. Pickering, 25, of the 1800 block of North Cross Lakes Circle, Anderson, at 12:55 a.m. Saturday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor OWI.

Madison County deputies arrested Jason E. Adams, 41, of Estate Street, Anderson, at 1:36 p.m. Saturday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony theft.

Anderson police arrested Bryon L. Perry, 20, of the 2200 block of Raintree Drive, Anderson, at 2:10 p.m. Saturday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor driving while suspended.

Anderson police arrested Tracy Deloney, 27, of the 1400 block of South 15th Street, Richmond, at 4:03 p.m. Saturday. Bond was set at $20,000 for Class C felony OWI, Class D felony driving while suspended and Class D felony leaving the scene of an accident.

Madison County deputies arrested Kaylin A. Carlton, 21, of the 3000 block of North Oakwood Avenue, Muncie, at 4:15 p.m. Saturday. Bond was set at $10,000 for Class A misdemeanor OWI.

Elwood police arrested Douglas W. Elsten III, 21, of the 500 block of South 31st Street, Elwood, at 5:05 p.m. Saturday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor battery.

Madison County deputies arrested Colby R. Wood, 30, homeless, at 5:47 p.m. Saturday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felonies escape from detention and failure to appear and Class B felony violation of work release.

Anderson police arrested Roger Rodriguez III, 29, of the 1300 block of West 11th Street, Anderson, at 6:33 p.m. Saturday. No bond was set for Class B misdemeanor disorderly conduct.
