Arrest Log: Dec. 16

Arrests made by Madison County law enforcement on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, based on Madison County Jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers, but are not final until the Madison County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

State police arrested Austin M. Wilson, 25, of the 22000 block of North Indiana 37, Noblesville, at 9:22 a.m. Friday. Bond was set at $765 for failure to appear on a Class A misdemeanor and a hold in another jurisdiction.

Anderson police arrested Mark E. Gordon, 47, of the 2100 block of Noble Street, Anderson, at 9:27 a.m. Friday. No Bond was set for Class A misdemeanor domestic battery.

Anderson police arrested Richard Gonzales Sr., 49, of the 400 block of East 37th Street, Marion, at 11:36 a.m. Friday. Bond was set at $20,000 for Class C misdemeanor OWI.

Madison County police arrested Beau R. King, 32, of the 3900 block of Fernway Drive, Anderson, at 1:14 p.m. Friday. No bond was set for court commitment on a Class D felony.

Alexandria police arrested Allan W. Anderson, 53, of the 300 block of Chipaway Drive, Alexandria, at 1:38 p.m. Friday. No bond was set for failure to appear on a Class A misdemeanor.

Madison County police arrested Travis L. Mathis, 27, of the 1800 block of Kerrwood Drive, Anderson, at 2:49 p.m. Friday. Bond was set at $4,500 for contempt of court in a civil case and Class A misdemeanor driving while suspended.

Madison County police arrested Derek M. Snyder, 31, of the 200 block of West Plum Street, Chesterfield, at 4:47 p.m. Friday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony failure to return to lawful detention.

Anderson police arrested Kenneth R. Kendall, 44, of the 500 block of East Sheran, Marion, at 6:09 p.m. Friday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony theft.

Madison County police arrested Jacob L. McIntyre, 19, of the 8800 block of Surrey Drive, 6:12 p.m. Friday. Bond was set at $20,000 for Class B felonies burglary, theft, receiving stolen property, possession of marijuana and possession of a legend drug.

The company received no bill for electricity usage from the Anderson utility office for five months, despite numerous attempts they say they made to correct the problem.
