Arrest Log: Jan. 1

Arrests made by Madison County law enforcement Monday and Tuesday, based on Madison County Jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers, but are not final until the Madison County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

Madison County deputies arrested Brandon E. Taliaferro, 23, of the 400 block of Hawthorne Avenue, Anderson, at 5:18 p.m. Monday. Bond was set at $10,000 for Class C felony escape: violating in-home detention and Class D felony violation of in-home detention.

Anderson police arrested Terrenzo L. Grinston-Huddleston, 21, of the 2300 block of East Sixth Street, Anderson, at 5:42 p.m. Monday. Bond was set at $10,000 for Class D felony possession of controlled substance, Class A misdemeanor false informing and two counts of probation violation of a Class D felony.

Madison County deputies arrested Jonathan C. Reismiller, 46, of the 300 block of West 53rd Street, Anderson, at 6:43 p.m. Monday. Bond was set at $2,000 for contempt of court in a civil case.

Madison County deputies arrested Nicole L. Petty, 31, of the 900 block of North Street, Chesterfield, at 8:28 p.m. Monday. Bond was set at $500 for failure to appear in a civil case.

Anderson police arrested Rachel M. Rose, 32, of the 1100 block of Linwood Avenue, Indianapolis, at 8:40 p.m. Monday. Bond was set at $20,000 for Class A misdemeanor conversion.

Madison County deputies arrested Chad A. Wagner, 42, of the 2500 block of North County Road 300 East, Anderson, at 10:09 p.m. Monday. Bond was set at $6,000 for Class A misdemeanor possession of marijuana, hash oil, hashish and Class A misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia.

Anderson police arrested Anthony L. Hopgood Jr., 27, of the 1300 block of Nichol Avenue, Anderson, at 4:33 a.m. Tuesday. Bond was set at $10,000 for Class A misdemeanor resisting law enforcement and Class A misdemeanor conversion.

Elwood police arrested Kendra K. Foor, 27, of the 2100 block of North E Street, Elwood, at 5:23 a.m. Tuesday. Bond was set at $1,500 for contempt of court in a civil case.
