Arrest log: Jan. 24

Arrests made by Madison County law enforcement on Jan. 15, Jan. 16, Saturday, Sunday, Monday and Tuesday, based on Madison County Jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers, but are not final until the Madison County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

  • Madison County police arrested William T. Torrey, 32, of the 4300 block of East Route 236, Chesterfield, at 2:29 a.m. Tuesday. Bond was set at $5,000 on Class D felony domestic battery.
  • Markleville police arrested Tyler A. Franklin, 19, of South State Street, Markleville, at 2:39 a.m. Tuesday. Bond was set at $5,000 on Class D felony dealing marijuana.
  • Alexandria police arrested Patrick M. Beane, 22, of the 600 block of East Jackson Street, Alexandria, at 5:39 a.m. Jan. 15. Bond was set at $30,000 on Class C felony possession of controlled substance, Class A misdemeanor possession of marijuana and Class B misdemeanor reckless possession of paraphernalia.
  • Anderson police arrested Daniel Morgan, 25, of the 1000 block of Brookline Street, Anderson, at 5:51 a.m. Jan. 15 in his home. Bond was set at $5,000 on Class D felony domestic battery.
  • Edgewood police arrested Juliann E. Reed, 34, of the 1300 block of South D Street, Elwood, at 6:26 a.m. Jan. 15 at the intersection of Nichol Avenue and Edgewood Drive. No bond was set on Class A misdemeanor invasion of privacy, Class A misdemeanor driving while suspended and Class D felony hold for parole violation.
  • Elwood police arrested Brandon L. Rogers, 25, of the 1100 block of South 16th Street, Elwood, at 5:29 p.m. Jan. 15 in his home. Bond was set at $10,000 on Class C felony intimidation, Class D felony criminal recklessness, Class D felony neglect of dependent, Class D felony residential entry and Class A misdemeanor invasion of privacy.
  • Anderson police arrested Dontez T. West, 19, of the 1700 block of Nelle Street, Anderson, at 5:30 p.m. Jan. 15 on North Indiana Avenue. West posted bond of $5,000 on Class D felony receiving stolen property.
  • Madison County police arrested Misty D. Morrison, 39, of the 100 block of Via Maria, Alexandria, at 6:26 p.m. Jan. 15. No bond was set on two counts of Class A misdemeanor return to jail court order and Class D felony failure to appear.
  • Madison County police arrested Jmichael T. Parker, 37, of the 500 block of Washington Street, Gary, at 8:08 p.m. Jan. 15. No bond was set on Class C felony return to jail court order.
  • Madison County police arrested Stephen M. Morales, 22, of the 2200 block of Central Avenue, Anderson, at 8:33 p.m. Jan. 15. No bond was set on Class A misdemeanor return to jail court order.
  • Madison County police arrested Jerald D. Humphrey, Jr., 43, of the 1100 block of East 30th Street, Anderson, at 10:20 p.m. Jan. 15. No bond was set on Class A misdemeanor return to jail court order.
  • Anderson police arrested Michael J. Browder, 56, of the 2200 block of West 12th Street, Anderson, at 10:40 p.m. Jan. 15. No bond was set on Class A misdemeanor invasion of privacy and Class D felony probation violation.
  • Madison County police arrested Miranda A. Fiscus, 24, of South Mustin Drive, Anderson, at 1:35 a.m. Jan. 16. No bond was set on Class A misdemeanor contempt of court.
  • Madison County police arrested Amy L. Carpenter, 46, of the 5500 block of South County Road 100 West, Anderson, at 1:37 a.m. Jan. 16 at the intersection of 60th Street and Madison Avenue, Anderson. Bond was set at $5,000 on Class A misdemeanor operating while intoxicated.
  • State police arrested Erika M. Johns, 19, of the 600 block of East Mill Street, Fortville, at 6:43 a.m. Jan. 16 in the 6600 block of South Scatterfield Road. Bond was set at $8,000 on Class A misdemeanor operating while intoxicated, Class C misdemeanor illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor and Class A misdemeanor from another jurisdiction.
  • Anderson police arrested Ruben J.R. Rangel, 20, of the 1800 block of Dewey Street, Anderson, at 2:20 a.m. Jan. 16 at the intersection of 19th Street and Park Road, Anderson. Bond was set at $4,000 on Class A misdemeanor false informing.
  • Anderson police arrested Macy D. Bonshire, 22, of the 1200 block of Home Avenue, Anderson, at 6:12 a.m. Jan. 16. Bond was set at $5,000 on Class A misdemeanor conversion.
  • Anderson police arrested Lindsay A. Southard, 25, of the 1200 block of Home Avenue, Anderson, at 6:12 a.m. Jan. 16. Bond was set at $5,000 on Class A misdemeanor conversion.
  • Anderson police arrested Elizabethe C.K. Ball, 29, of the 1600 block of West 18th Street, Anderson, at 6:10 a.m. Jan. 16. Bond was set at $5,000 on Class D felony theft.
  • Madison County police arrested James Paul Peavler, 27, of the 1100 block of West 39th Street, Anderson, at 1:06 p.m. Sunday. Bond was set at $5,000 on three counts of Class D felony in-home detention, Class A misdemeanor contempt of court, Class D felony escape from home detention, Class D felony theft and two counts of Class C misdemeanor contempt of court.
  • Madison County police arrested Joe L. Harrison, 47, of the 1200 block of East 1050 South, Fairmont, at 10:35 a.m. Saturday. Harrison posted bail of $10,000 on Class A misdemeanor operating while intoxicated.
  • Alexandria police arrested Anthony M. Hendrickson, 19, of the 200 block of South Delaware Street, Frankton, at 6:39 p.m. Saturday in the 400 block of North Canal Street, Alexandria. Hendrickson posted bail of $3,000 on Class A misdemeanor disorderly conduct and Class A misdemeanor criminal trespass.
  • Alexandria police arrested Joshua D. Kirkwood, 36, of the 1600 block of Noble Street, Anderson, at 8:06 p.m. Saturday. Kirkwood posted bail of $5,000 on Class A misdemeanor resisting law enforcement and Class A misdemeanor criminal trespass.
  • Madison County police arrested Daniel W. Kincade, 55, of the 400 block of North Meridian Street, Ingalls, at 9:49 p.m. Saturday. Kincade posted bail of $5,000 on Class D felony theft and Class D felony official misconduct.
  • Anderson police arrested Herbert C. Montgomery, 37, of the 1800 block of Mimosa Lane, Anderson, at 1:12 a.m. Sunday. Bond was set at $7,000 on four counts of civil failure to appear, Class A misdemeanor resisting law enforcement and a parole violation in another jurisdiction.
  • Anderson police arrested Todd A. Gosha, 22, of the 1600 block of Nichol Avenue, Anderson, at 1:37 a.m. Sunday in the 1700 block of West 10th Street, Anderson. Bond was set at $10,000 on battery with a deadly weapon, civil contempt of court and Class B felony failure to appear.
  • Anderson police arrested Gerald Michael Holbrook, 21, homeless, at 1:55 a.m. Sunday. Bond was set at $5,000 on Class A misdemeanor domestic battery.
  • Alexandria police arrested Tuesday R. Morrison, 37, of the 100 block of South Fulton Street, Parker City. Bond was set at $5,000 on Class A misdemeanor operating while intoxicated.
  • State police arrested Jeremy J. Key, 39, of the 800 block of Ellenhurst Drive, Anderson, at 4:26 a.m. Sunday. Kay posted bail of $5,000 on Class A misdemeanor operating while intoxicated.
  • Madison County police arrested Latahla C. Barrett, 23, of the 500 block of West County Road 1400 North, Alexandria, at 5:43 a.m. Sunday. Bond was set at $4,000 on Class C misdemeanor operating while intoxicated.
  • Madison County police arrested John R. Wilson, 30, of the 2100 block of McKinley Street, Anderson, at 1:56 p.m. Sunday in the 1700 block of C Street, Anderson. Wilson posted bail of $5,000 on Class D felony habitual traffic offender and Class D felony possession of marijuana.
  • Madison County police arrested Bradley E. Mier, 34, of the 1700 block of C Street, Anderson, at 2:37 p.m. Sunday in his home. Mier posted bail of $5,000 on Class D felony theft.
  • Anderson police arrested Robert C. Clore Sr., 54, of the 2300 block of Delaware Street, Anderson, at 4:43 p.m. Sunday at the intersection of 32nd Street and Columbus Avenue, Anderson. Bond was set at $4,200 on Class A misdemeanor possession of marijuana and civil contempt of court.
  • Anderson police arrested Korey M. Fowler, 27, of the 1300 block of South Park Avenue, Alexandria, at 6:11 p.m. Sunday. Fowler posted bail of $4,000 on Class A misdemeanor leaving an accident scene.
  • Elwood police arrested Anthony D. Blount Sr., 47, of the 900 block of North 13th Street, Elwood, at 9:20 p.m. Sunday in the 1300 block of South J Street, Elwood. Bond was set at $100 on Class A misdemeanor failure to appear.
  • Anderson police arrested Carolyn S. Keppler, 42, of the 2400 block of Silver Street, Anderson, at 9:48 p.m. at Kohl’s. Keppler posted bail of $5,000 on Class D felony theft.
  • Anderson police arrested Gordon Jackson Jr., 21, of the 1800 block of Gordon Drive, Anderson, at 10:39 p.m. at the intersection of 23rd Street and Madison Avenue, Anderson. Jackson was court ordered released on Class A misdemeanor invasion of privacy and Class A misdemeanor false informing.
  • State police arrested Walter B. Keith IV, 24, of the 1800 block of Tumbleweed Lane, Alexandria, at 1:51 a.m. Monday at the intersection of 60th Street and Madison Avenue, Anderson. Bond was set at $5,000 on Class D felony operating while intoxicated and Class A misdemeanor operating while intoxicated.
  • Anderson police arrested Patrick W. Morrow, 39, of the 200 block of Elva Street, Anderson, at 1:53 a.m. Monday. No bond was set on Class D felony failure to appear.
  • Anderson police arrested Damarcus D. Wright, 19, of the 400 block of North Mulberry Street, Muncie, at 2:22 a.m. Monday in the 900 block of Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard. Bond was set at $5,000 on Class D felony auto theft.
  • State police arrested Sykrecia T. Reese, 32, of the 5900 block of Sycamore Forge Drive, Indianapolis, at 4:54 a.m. Monday. Reese posted bail of $10,000 on Class A misdemeanor operating while intoxicated.
  • Madison County police arrested Zelma P. Mack, 53, of the 1100 block of Northeast 20th Street, Oklahoma City, Okla., at 9:42 a.m. Monday. No bond was set on Class C felony violation of probation.
  • Anderson police arrested Anthony C. Harris Jr., 21, of the 1500 block of Costello Street, Anderson, at 10:24 a.m. Monday in his home. Bond was set at $5,000 on Class A misdemeanor battery.
  • Madison County police arrested Kimberly A. Nichols, 45, of the 600 block of North County Road 500 West, Anderson, at 10:54 a.m. Monday in her home. No bond was set on Class A misdemeanor in other jurisdiction.
  • Elwood police arrested Anthony T. Leicht, 25, of the 600 block of South A Street, Elwood, at 1:21 p.m. Monday in his home. No bond was set on Class A misdemeanor failure to appear.
  • Anderson police arrested Johnathon D. Pitts, 27, of the 2700 block of Delaware Street, Anderson, at 1:45 p.m. Monday in his home. No bond was set on Class A misdemeanor criminal mischief, Class A misdemeanor battery and Class A misdemeanor violation of probation.
  • Alexandria police arrested Jeremy S. Beemer, 23, of the 2700 block of West County Road 1100 North, Alexandria, at 2:47 p.m. Monday at the intersection of Third and Rutherford streets, Alexandria. Bond was set at $5,000 on Class D felony theft, Class A misdemeanor resisting law enforcement, Class A misdemeanor criminal trespass and Class D felony probation violation.
  • Alexandria police arrested Charles S. Parnell, 24, of the 800 block of West Jefferson Street, Alexandria, at 2:47 p.m. Monday at the intersection of Third and Rutherford streets, Alexandria. Bond was set at $5,000 on Class D felony theft, Class A misdemeanor resisting law enforcement and Class A misdemeanor criminal trespass.
  • Madison County police arrested Cornelious D. Elliott, 32, of the 1400 block of Hendricks Street, Anderson, at 3:29 p.m. Monday. No bond was set on Class A misdemeanor return to jail order.
  • Madison County police arrested Misty D. Fairer, 28, of the 700 block of West Adams Street, Alexandria, at 8:19 p.m. Monday. No bond was set on Class B felony return to jail order.
  • Madison County police arrested Carlus D. Berry, 24, of the 900 block of West 53rd Street, Anderson, at 8:29 p.m. Monday. No bond was set on Class D felony return to jail order.
  • Madison County police arrested Michael P. Sharkey, 40, of the 300 block of Northshore Boulevard, Anderson, at 10:10 p.m. Monday. Bond was set at $5,000 on Class D felony domestic battery and Class A misdemeanor interference with reporting of a crime.
  • Madison County police arrested Dominique I. Glispie, 25, of the 2700 block of Chase Street, Anderson, at 10:15 p.m. Monday in the 800 block of North 200 East, Anderson. Bond was set at $5,000 on Class D felony habitual traffic offender and three counts of Class D felony probation violation.
  • Anderson police arrested Jonathan P. Howard, 33, of Pleasant Way, Anderson, at 10:56 p.m. Monday in his home. Bond was set at $10,000 on Class C felony battery with a deadly weapon and Class A misdemeanor battery.
  • Madison County police arrested Darrian L. Hardy, 34, of the 2900 block of Linda Lane, Muncie, at 1:33 a.m. Tuesday in the 800 block of North 200 East, Anderson. Bond was set at $32,750 on Class C felony nonsupport of a dependent child and two counts of civil contempt of court.
  • Madison County police arrested Corry M. Caldwell, 19, of the 3000 block of Paradise Drive, Anderson, at 4:57 p.m. Tuesday. No bond was set on Class A misdemeanor return to jail court order.
  • Madison County police arrested Anthony J. Gross, II, 27, of the 2100 block of Rosewood Drive, Anderson, at 6:40 p.m. Tuesday. No bond was set on Class B felony return to jail court order, Class B felony dealing a controlled substance, Class D felony failure to appear and Class A misdemeanor violation of probation.
  • Alexandria police arrested Robert D. Wittebort, 33, of the 600 block of Canal Street, Alexandria, at 8:47 p.m. Tuesday in the intersection of Indiana 9 and 11th Street, Alexandria. Bond was set at $200 on Class A misdemeanor failure to appear.
  • Madison County police arrested Curt P. Stults, 42, of the 100 block of West 500 South, Anderson, at 9:05 p.m. Tuesday. No bond was set on Class D felony violation of probation.
  • Elwood police arrested Keli M. Horton, 30, of the 2000 block of South K Street, Elwood at 9:51 p.m. Tuesday in the 900 block of North Anderson Street, Elwood. No bond was set on Class A misdemeanor domestic battery.
  • Pendleton police arrested Megan M. Wallace, 22, of the 100 block of Michelle Lane, Pendleton at 1:25 a.m. Wednesday in the 100 block of Garden Drive, Pendleton. No bond was set on Class A misdemeanor driving while suspended.
  • Chesterfield police arrested Richard H. Back, 39, of the 4800 block of East County Road 67, Chesterfield, at 1:48 a.m. Wednesday in the 4500 block of County Road 67, Pendleton. Bond was set at $5,000 on Class A misdemeanor possession of marijuana, Class D felony operating while intoxicated and Class C misdemeanor operating while intoxicated.
  • Pendleton police arrested Samuel A. Weist, II, 23, of the 100 block of Bess Boulevard, Pendleton, at 2:15 a.m. Wednesday. No bond was set on Class A misdemeanor driving while suspended.
