Arrest log: June 4

Arrests made by Madison County law enforcement on Thursday and Friday, based on Madison County Jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers but are not final until the Madison County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

  • Anderson police arrested Lovert Braxton III, 26, of the 1800 block of Sheridan Street, Anderson, at 2:05 a.m. Friday at the intersection of 16th Street and Madison Avenue. Bond was set at $5,000 on a charge of Class A misdemeanor driving while suspended.
  • Anderson police arrested Brycin Brooks, 23, of the 1800 block of Meridian Street, Anderson, at 12:15 a.m. Friday in the 1000 block of Main Street. Bond was set at $5,000 on charges of Class A misdemeanor battery and Class A misdemeanor possession of marijuana.
  • Anderson police arrested John Dapcich, 31, of the 9100 block of College Drive, Anderson, at 12:40 a.m. Friday in the 1300 block of East 53rd Street. Bond was set at $5,000 on a charge of Class A misdemeanor domestic battery.
  • Anderson police arrested Quinton Porter, 18, of the 1000 block of West 11th Street, Anderson, at 8:15 p.m. Thursday at his home. Bond was set at $5,000 on a charge of Class A misdemeanor domestic battery.
  • Indiana State Police arrested Marquese Goins, 19, of the 2800 block of Lincoln Street, Anderson, at 12:20 a.m. Friday at the intersection of 29th and Fairview streets. Bond was set at $3,000 on a charge of Class A misdemeanor possession of marijuana.
  • Anderson police arrested Peter McCarroll, 27, of the 4000 block of Haven Place, Anderson, at 6 p.m. Thursday at the Anderson Police Department. Bond was set at $20,000 on charges of Class B felony sexual misconduct with a minor and Class D felony neglect of a dependent.
  • Indiana State Police arrested Jack Pitts, 47, of the 4200 block of W. 100S, Anderson, at 3:18 a.m. Friday at the Madison County Jail. Bond was set at $5,000 on a charge of Class A misdemeanor operating while intoxicated.
