Arrest Log: March 29

Arrests made by Madison County law enforcement on Thursday and Friday, based on Madison County Jail records.

  • Madison County deputies arrested Wendy D. Davis, 36, of the 2300 block of Menifee Street, Anderson, at 9:58 a.m. Thursday. No bond was set for failure to appear on a Class D felony.
  • Alexandria police arrested Larry R. Beedy Jr., 18, of the 500 block of Van Buren Street, Alexandria, at 12:11 p.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $20,000 for Class B felony burglary.
  • Anderson police arrested Andrei M. Farafonov, 36, of the 2100 block of Noble Street, Anderson, at 3:13 p.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony theft, Class A misdemeanor false informing and Class D felony habitual traffic offender.
  • Madison County deputies arrested Kelsey M. Jones, 22, of the 2200 block of South County Road 600 East, Marion, at 3:46 p.m. Thursday. No bond was set for Class B felony violation of in-home detention.
  • Madison County deputies arrested Marquis L. Henry, 38, of the 1500 block of West Seventh Street, Anderson, at 4:48 p.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor criminal mischief.
  • Anderson police arrested Jason R. Hart, 23, of the 2800 block of Jackson Street, Anderson, at 1:36 a.m. Friday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony receiving stolen property, contempt of court on child support, failure to appear on a Class D felony and Class A misdemeanor resisting law enforcement.
  • Anderson police arrested Amber N. Smith-Shelton, 31, of the 200 block of West 25th Street, Anderson, at 1:42 a.m. Friday. No bond was set for violation of probation on a Class A misdemeanor and Class B misdemeanor public intoxication.
  • Anderson police arrested Tyler S. Tompkins, 23, of the 1600 block of Chase Street, Anderson, at 2:12 a.m. Friday. Bond was set at $4,000 for Class A misdemeanor possession of marijuana.
  • Madison County deputies arrested Tom M. Anderson, 39, of the 700 block of Nichol Avenue, Anderson, at 2:23 a.m. Friday. Bond was set at $500 for contempt of court in a civil case.
  • Madison County deputies arrested Kristina M. Chappell, 32, of the 300 block of West 11th Street, Anderson, at 9:26 a.m. Friday. No bond was set for court commitment on a Class D felony.
  • Anderson police arrested Kenneth L. Welsh, 18, of the 900 block of East Eighth Street, Alexandria, at 10:19 a.m. Friday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony residential entry, Class A misdemeanor criminal mischief, Class B misdemeanor illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor and Class B misdemeanor public intoxication.
  • Madison County deputies arrested Michael D. Randle, 24, of the 1100 block of West 39th Street, Anderson, at 1:27 p.m. Friday. No bond was set for violation of probation on a Class A misdemeanor.
  • Madison County deputies arrested Maurice Q. Sherrod, 46, of the 1100 block of Brown-Delaware Street, at 2:41 p.m. Friday. Bond was set at $500 for contempt of court in a civil case.
