Arrest log: April 3

Arrests made by Madison County law enforcement on Monday and Tuesday, based on Madison County Jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers, but are not final until the Madison County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

  • Anderson police arrested Dustin L. Oliver, 24, of the 5800 block of Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard, Anderson, at 8:25 p.m. Monday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony strangulation, Class A misdemeanor domestic battery and Class B felony probation violation.
  • Anderson police arrested Jesse G. Driskel, 27, of the 2800 block of Crystal Street, Anderson, at 10:32 p.m. Monday. Bond was set at $20,000 for two counts of Class B felony sex misconduct with a minor.
  • Anderson police arrested Michael A. A. Renode, 18, of the 2300 block of East Fifth Street, Anderson, at 1:54 a.m. Tuesday. No bond was set for a Class D felony in another jurisdiction.
  • Elwood police arrested William C. Owen Jr., 47, of the 200 block of School Street, Anderson, at 1:56 a.m. Tuesday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor OWI.
  • Madison County police arrested Lazarus T. White II, 30, of the 300 block of North Dequincy, Indianapolis, at 5:37 a.m. Tuesday. No bond was set for Class B felony violation of probation and Class B felony contempt of court.
  • Anderson police arrested Jimmie D. Burkes, 47, of the 500 block of West Ninth Street, Anderson, at 5:39 a.m. Tuesday. No bond was set for Class B felony contempt of court and Class A misdemeanor failure to appear.
  • Anderson police arrested Adam D. Prater, 39, of the 1800 block of Ohio Avenue, Anderson, at 6:14 a.m. Tuesday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor driving while suspended, Class D felony possession of a controlled substance and Class B felony probation violation.
