Arrest log: April 7

ANDERSON, Ind. — Arrests made by Madison County law enforcement on Friday and Saturday, based on Madison County Jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers, but are not final until the Madison County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

Anderson police arrested Daniel E. Snead Jr., 28, of the 3600 block of Brown Street, Anderson, at 9:02 a.m. Friday. Snead posted bail of $5,000 for Class D felony resisting law enforcement and Class A misdemeanor false informing.

Anderson police arrested Shalonda D. Smith, 37, of the 1800 block of Cedar Street, Anderson, at 9:09 a.m. Friday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor battery.

Madison County police arrested Matthew G. Gibson, 35, of the 2800 block of Walton Street, Anderson, at 12:33 p.m. Friday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony residential entry, Class D felony theft, Class A misdemeanor battery and Class A misdemeanor contempt of court.

Anderson police arrested Larry D. Jones, 52, of the 1600 block of Brown Street, Anderson, at 2:56 p.m. Friday. Jones was released on his own recognizance for Class B misdemeanor public intoxication.

Madison County police arrested Misty D. Edwards, 24, of the 1300 block of West Third Street, Anderson, at 5:3 p.m. Friday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony possession of a controlled substance and Civil failure to appear.

Madison County police arrested Brian M. Harrison, 54, of the 9700 block of South Durbin Lane, Fortville, at 8:36 p.m. Friday. No bond was set for Class A misdemeanor invasion of privacy.

Anderson police arrested Daniel J. Hayes, 19, of the 900 block of Fremont Drive, at 1:40 a.m. Saturday. Hayes posted bail of $4,000 for Class A misdemeanor possession of marijuana.

Madison County police arrested Jerrica L. Sanders, 38, of the 300 block of West Second Street, Anderson, at 1:40 a.m.  Saturday. No bond was set for Class D felony violation of suspended sentence and Class D felony violation of probation.

Anderson police arrested Dustin A. Simpson, 30, of the 2200 block of Fulton Street, Anderson, at 2:13 a.m. Saturday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony residential entry and Class A misdemeanor invasion of privacy.

Anderson police arrested Charles J. Hughes, 31, of the 2700 block of West 18th Street, Anderson, at 2:34 a.m. Saturday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony resisting law enforcement and Class A misdemeanor OWI.

Alexandria police arrested Michael D. Blount, 27, of the 1800 block of Jefferson Street, at 5:06 a.m. Saturday. Blount posted bail of $2,000 for Class B misdemeanor disorderly conduct.

Anderson police arrested Henry L. Clay, 38, of the 2000 block of West 18th Street, Anderson, at 6:21 a.m. Saturday. Bond was set at $2,000 for Class B felony violation of in-home detention, Class A misdemeanor failure to appear and Civil contempt of court.

Anderson police arrested Dustin W. Tomlin, 30, of the 900 block of West Ninth Street, Anderson, at 6:22 a.m. Saturday. Bond was set at $4,000 for Class D felony violation of work release, Class A misdemeanor possession of marijuana and Class A misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia.

Alexandria police arrested Tigh A. Conley, 22, of the 3300 block of East Fourth Street, Anderson, at 6:49 a.m. Saturday. Bond was set at $10,000 for Class A misdemeanor violation of probation, Class C felony escape from detention, Class D felony resisting law enforcement, Class D felony theft and Class A misdemeanor failure to appear.

Anderson police arrested Isaac Harris, 18, of the 1200 block of Morningside Drive, Anderson, at 8:18 a.m. Saturday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor battery.

Anderson police arrested Alphonso E. Graves, 47, of the 1600 block of East 44th Street, Anderson, at 11:03 a.m. Saturday. Bond was set at $100,000 for attempted murder.

Anderson police arrested Aaron T. White, 38, of the 1700 block of Cottage Avenue, New Castle, at 2:35 p.m. Saturday. Bond was set at $20,000 for Class B misdemeanor disorderly conduct.

Madison County police arrested Aaron D. Slack, 23, of the 200 block of West Sixth Street, Anderson, at 2:37 p.m. Saturday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony fraud.

Alexandria police arrested Nicholas A. Z. Phipps, 22, of the 1300 block of West Fourth Street, Anderson, at 3:14 p.m. Saturday. No bond was set for Class A misdemeanor conversion.

Madison County police arrested Davon T. Johnson, 23, of the 2300 block of West 15th Street, Anderson, at 3:17 p.m. Bond was set at $2,000 for Civil contempt of court.
