Jordan was a passenger in a car being driven by Dayquain Swain. Police said they found two bags of suspected marijuana on the passenger floorboard, and a search of Jordan revealed eight bags of suspected marijuana and cash.

Jordan was charged in Anderson City Council on misdemeanor charges of possession of marijuana and dealing in marijuana. He entered a plea of guilty to the charge of dealing in marijuana in March 2012, and the second count was dismissed.

A trial date was set for Jan. 9 on a probation violation in connection with the guilty plea. As a condition of his probation, Jordan was to seek substance abuse treatment. He was required by the court to show proof that he had completed treatment by Aug. 13.

March 2011: Arrested by Anderson police on charges of Class B felony burglary, Class D felony theft and Class A misdemeanor resisting arrest.
