Arrest log

Arrests made by Madison County law enforcement on Monday, based on Madison County Jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers, but are not final until the Madison County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

Alexandria police arrested Santiago Hernandez-Lopez, 31, of the 1200 block of Nichol Avenue, Anderson, at 9:04 a.m. Monday. Bond was set at $3,000 for Class A misdemeanor DWS and held for other jurisdiction.

Anderson police arrested Gloria J. Woods-Tyson, 46, of the 100 block of Oak Street, Anderson, at 4:13 p.m. Monday. No bond was set for Class B misdemeanor visiting a common nuisance, and failure to appear on a Class D felony and Class A misdemeanor.

Madison County deputies arrested Dustin A. Haynes, 28, of the 700 block of N Street, Chesterfield, at 4:18 p.m. Monday. No bond was set for probation violation on a Class D felony.

Madison County deputies arrested Melissa A. Phipps, 44, of the 1900 block of Sherman Street, Anderson, at 4:34 p.m. Monday. No bond was set for violation of a suspended sentence on a Class D felony.

Alexandria police arrested Michelle L. Phipps, 46, of the 400 block of Monroe Street, Alexandria, at 4:37 p.m. Monday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor conversion.

Madison County deputies arrested Russell E. Allender, 31, of the 2400 block of Pitt Street, Anderson, at 4:56 p.m. Monday. No bond was set for Class C felony bond revocation.

Anderson police arrested Susan M. Blessing, 47, of the 2500 block of Dewey Street, Anderson, at 4:57 p.m. Monday. Bond was set at $16,000 for Class A misdemeanor reckless possession of paraphernalia, two counts, Class B misdemeanor visiting a common nuisance, two counts.

Anderson police arrested Rickie J. Moyer, 58, of the 1000 block of Henry Street, Anderson, at 5:10 p.m. Monday. Bond was set at $8,000 for Class A misdemeanor reckless possession of paraphernalia and Class B misdemeanor visiting a common nuisance.
