Arrest Log: March 22

Arrests made by Madison County law enforcement on Thursday and Friday, based on Madison County Jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers, but are not final until the Madison County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

• Anderson police arrested Terry L. Duckworth, 68, of the 600 block of Indiana Avenue, Anderson, at 10:48 a.m. Thursday. No bond was set for parole violation.

• Madison County deputies arrested Krista L. Sallee, 36, of the 600 block of Monroe Street, Alexandria, at 2:42 p.m. Thursday. No bond was set for probation violation on a Class D felony.

• Anderson police arrested Bruce W. Windus, 43, of the 1100 block of West Third Street, Anderson, at 2:42 p.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $2,000 for Class B misdemeanor reckless possession of paraphernalia.

• Anderson police arrested Barbara J. Shannon-Bell, 32, of the 2200 block of Fulton Street, Anderson, at 2:58 p.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $20,000 for Class B felony manufacturing meth, probation violation on a Class D felony and probation violation on a Class A misdemeanor.

• Madison County deputies arrested Milinda J. Brown, 39, of the 5900 block of Indiana 67, Pendleton, at 3:06 p.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $2,000 for Class A misdemeanor contempt of court.

• Madison County deputies arrested Albert W. Durham Jr., 42, of the 700 block of West Fourth Street, Anderson, at 4:04 p.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $10,000 for Class C felony nonsupport of a dependent child.

• Madison County deputies arrested Kylee D. Williams, 21, of the 900 block of Ninth Street, Elwood, at 4:58 p.m. Thursday. No bond was set for return to county jail on two Class A misdemeanors.

• Madison County deputies arrested Harold G. Gunderson III, 50, of the 300 block of Berry Street, Alexandria, at 5:03 p.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $60,000 for Class B felony manufacturing meth, Class D felony maintaining a common nuisance, Class D felony possession or sale of reagents or precursors and probation violation on a Class C misdemeanor.
