NOR subhed italic:Arrests made by Madison County law enforcement on Friday and Saturday, based on Madison County Jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers, but are not final until the Madison County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

NOR body bullet:Anderson police arrested Raul Moreno, 33, of the 1400 block of Pearl Street, Anderson, at 1:11 p.m. Friday. Bond was set at $5,000 for a Class A misdemeanor invasion of privacy.

Madison County Sheriff deputies arrested Mark William Cooper, 56, of the 11300 block of N. County Road 200 E., Alexandria, at 1:24 p.m. Friday. Bond was set at $5,000 for a Class A misdemeanor OWI.

Anderson police arrested Dustin Scott Arms, 20, of the 2200 block of N. County Road 300 W., Anderson, at 1:26 p.m. Friday. Bond was set at $20,000 for a Class D felony theft, a Class B felony burglary and a Class B felony hold for a 10-day probation violation.

Madison County Sheriff deputies arrested Robert Kane Reirden, 50, of the 3100 block of W. Huntsville Road, Pendleton, at 1:51 p.m. Friday. No bond was set for a Class A misdemeanor invasion of privacy.

Elwood police arrested Cherry Lynn Wood, 46, of the 200 block of W. Marks Street, Swayzee, at 2:10 p.m. Friday. Bond was set at $6,000 for a Class B misdemeanor public intoxication, a Class B misdemeanor disorderly conduct and a Class B misdemeanor criminal trespass.

Madison County Sheriff deputies arrested Steven Dwaine Wilson, 57, of the 1500 block of Manhattan Avenue, Indianapolis, at 2:18 p.m. Friday. No bond was set for a Class D felony failure to appear.

Elwood police arrested Kenneth Jesse Howell Jr., 27, of the 200 block of N. Park Street, Frankton, at 3:58 p.m. Friday. Bond was set at $5,000 for a Class D felony neglect of dependent, Class D felony theft, Class A misdemeanor resisting law enforcement, Class B misdemeanor unauthorized entry of motor vehicle.
