Arrest Log: Oct. 11

Arrests made by Madison County law enforcement on Wednesday and Thursday, based on Madison County Jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers, but are not final until the Madison County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

Madison County deputies arrested William Ray Kaelber, 29, of the 5000 block of Reformatory Road, Pendleton, at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday. Bond was set at $5,000 for possession of a controlled substance.

Anderson police arrested Ashley Ann Baker, 26, of the 100 block of Gregory Drive, Anderson, at 5:34 p.m. Wednesday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor conversion.

Anderson police arrested Terry Lee Hawkins, 53, of the 1500 block of Raible Avenue, Anderson, at 8:23 p.m. Wednesday. No bond was set for Class A misdemeanor invasion of privacy and Class A misdemeanor DWS prior.

Madison County deputies arrested Gregory Lee Hendricks Jr., 27, of the 1600 block of Dewey Street, Anderson, at 9:51 p.m. Wednesday. No bond was set for Class B felony court commitment.

Madison County deputies arrested Darian Jamar Robinson, 20, of the 2600 block of Brown Street, Anderson, at 9:57 p.m. Wednesday. Bond was set at $20,000 for Class D felony dealing marijuana, hash oil, hashish, Class B felony dealing cocaine or narcotic, Class D felony failure to appear, two counts, and Class D felony deal schedule I, II, III controlled substance.

Madison County deputies arrested John Carlos Bair III, 35, of the 700 block of Hampton Lane, Chesterfield, at 10:19 p.m. Wednesday. No bond was set for Class D felony return to county jail per court order.

Anderson police arrested Erial Elexus Pena, 18, of the 2800 block of Betula Street, Anderson, at 10:34 p.m. Wednesday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor conversion.

Madison County deputies arrested John Duwayne Wiley, 43, of the 100 block of Water Street, Pendleton, at 2:03 a.m. Thursday. No bond was set for Class D felony failure to appear.

Anderson police arrested Jimmie Horace Jacobs, 28, of the 400 block of West Seventh Street, Anderson, 6:04 a.m. Thursday. No bond was set for Class B misdemeanor false informing.
