Four named navigators for health center

ANDERSON — The Madison County Community Health Centers in Anderson and Elwood have been approved by the state as Application Organizations for the Affordable Care Act, officials said Wednesday.

Application Organizations have certified individuals called Navigators who are to help consumers complete applications for Medicaid, Marketplace-based health plans and affordability programs, and state-based health coverage programs.

Michael Casuscelli, Penny Jachim, Angie Pitts, and LaBrenda Hardy have completed course studies, background checks and testing in order to be approved certified Indiana state Navigators.

Anyone interested in scheduling an appointment to speak with a Certified Navigator can call the Madison County Community Health Center at (765) 641-7499.
