Arrest Log: Oct. 31

Arrests made by Madison County law enforcement on Tuesday and Wednesday, based on Madison County Jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers, but are not final until the Madison County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

Anderson police arrested Gerald Lamont Reed, 23, of the 1700 block of Arrow Avenue, Anderson, at 10:04 a.m. Tuesday. Bond was set at $20,000 for a Class A felony for robbery and for a Class B felony for deal cocaine or narcotic. No bond was set for a Class D felony for hold for parole violation.

Anderson police arrested David Charles Forehand, 29, of the 2400 block of Ridgeway Drive, Anderson, at 12:28 p.m. Tuesday. Bond was set at $5,000 for a Class D felony for offenses relating to registration labeling and prescription forms.

Anderson police arrested Darnell Levon Johnson, 33, of the 600 block of Ruddle Avenue, Anderson, at 3:09 p.m. Tuesday. No bond was set for a Class C felony for violation of probation and a Class D felony for hold for parole violation.

Madison County Sheriff's deputies arrested Lewis Tyrone Jones, 42, of the 1700 block of West 8th Street, Anderson, at 3:11 p.m. Tuesday. Bond was set at $4,000 for a Class A misdemeanor for assisting a criminal and for a Class C felony for hold for in-home detention.

Anderson police arrested Rickie Joe Moyer, 57, of the 1000 block of Henry Street, Anderson, at 8:40 p.m. Tuesday. Bond was set at $5,000 for a Class D felony for theft. No bond was set for a Class D felony for a hold for 10-day probation violation, for a Class A misdemeanor for conversion and for a Class A misdemeanor for violation of probation.

Madison County Sheriff's deputies arrested Dedric Antwaini Robinson, 35, of the 1700 block of Dewey Street, Anderson, at 9:49 p.m. Tuesday. No bond was set for a Class D felony for violation of probation. Bond was set at $2,000 for a civil for contempt of court, child support.

    Despite strong winds and heavy storms Thursday night, Madison County property escaped relatively unscathed. While downed tree limbs and power lines led to a power outage for about 2,000 residences in Anderson, there were no reports of structure damage in the county.
