Arrest Log: Nov. 13

Arrests made by Madison County law enforcement on Monday and Tuesday, based on Madison County Jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers, but are not final until the Madison County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

Madison County police arrested James J Emerick, 27, of the 400 block of North Sixth Street, Elwood, at 8:39 a.m. Monday. Emerick was released on $5,000 bond for Class A misdemeanor OWI.

Anderson police arrested Cody Warren Dixon, 21, of the 1400 block of Dewey Street, Anderson, at 1:19 p.m. Monday. Dixon was released on $4,000 bond for Class A misdemeanor dealing marijuana, Class A misdemeanor possession of marijuana and Class A misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia.

Madison County police arrested David Allen Rogers, 46, of the 6400 block of North 425 East, Alexandria, at 1:27 p.m. Monday. Rogers was released on $4,000 for Class C misdemeanor OWI.

State police arrested Brenika Shamon Pinkston, 21, of the 5800 block of San Clemente Lane, Indianapolis, at 3:01 p.m. Monday. No bond was set for Class A misdemeanor invasion of privacy.

Madison County police arrested Leslie Dewayne Stone, 56, of the 2300 block of West 15th Street, Anderson, at 4:37 p.m. Monday. Bond was set at $500 for contempt of court in a civil case.

Elwood police arrested Shane Tyler Mikesell, 22, of the 1300 block of South J Street, Elwood, at 4:53 p.m. Monday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor battery.

Elwood police arrested Kaci Jo Adams, 26, of the 200 block of South 25th Street, Elwood, at 5:12 p.m. Monday. No bond was set for Class C felony in another jurisdiction and parole violation.

Anderson police arrested Tiffany Lynn Bowling, 21, of the 2800 block of Columbus Avenue, Anderson, at 5:22 p.m. Monday. Bond was set at $4,000 for Class A misdemeanor possession of marijuana.

Anderson police arrested Lydia Grace Savage, 28, of the 200 block of Ringwood Way, Anderson, at 5:24 p.m. Monday. No bond was set for violation of a suspended sentence on a Class D felony and failure to appear on a Class D felony.

    Despite strong winds and heavy storms Thursday night, Madison County property escaped relatively unscathed. While downed tree limbs and power lines led to a power outage for about 2,000 residences in Anderson, there were no reports of structure damage in the county.
