Arrest Log: April 16

ARREST LOG

Arrests made by Madison County law enforcement on Monday and Tuesday, based on Madison County Jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers, but are not final until the Madison County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

• Madison County deputies arrested Tony D. Eatmon, 28, of the 1600 block of West 10th Street, Anderson, at 8:33 p.m. Monday. No bond was set for Class A misdemeanor domestic battery and violation of probation on a Class D felony.

• Madison County deputies arrested Darnell C. Miller Jr., 21, of the 1900 block of Locust Street, Anderson, at 9:39 p.m. Monday. No bond was set for court commitment on a Class B felony.

• Elwood police arrested Jason E. Waggoner, 38, of the 1300 block of South E Street, Elwood, at 9:46 p.m. Monday. Bond was set at $1,000 for contempt of court on child support.

• Elwood police arrested Justina V. Fowler, 27, of the 1600 block of South D Street, Elwood, at 10:02 p.m. Monday. Bond was set at $500 for a civil hold in another jurisdiction.

• Madison County deputies arrested Tommy E. Lampley, 36, of the 7800 block of Musket Street, Indianapolis, at 10:11 p.m. Monday. No bond was set for violation of work release on a Class C felony.

• Madison County deputies arrested Daquan M. Wells, 20, of the 1300 block of West Ninth Street, Anderson, at 10:46 p.m. Monday. No bond was set for Class A misdemeanor conversion, Class C misdemeanor illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor and contempt of court on a Class A misdemeanor.

• Madison County police arrested William C. Thompson Jr., 46, of Huntsville, Ala., at 12:46 a.m. Tuesday. Bond was set at $60,000 for unlawful possession of a firearm, possession of marijuana and reckless possession of paraphernalia.

• Anderson police arrested Darrian L. Hardy, 35, of the 2800 block of Crystal Street, Anderson, at 5:30 a.m. Tuesday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony strangulation, Class A misdemeanor battery, Class D felony battery and probation violation on a Class C felony.

  • Election board looking into voter fraud allegation The Madison County Election Board delayed a decision into allegations of voter fraud in the May primary until it can gather additional information. Brian Bell, who lost the Democratic Party’s nomination for sheriff by 48 votes to Scott Mellinger, raised allegations to the election board during a hearing Friday.
