Dog owners invited to Easter egg hunt

MUNCIE — McCulloch Park will be going to the dogs on Saturday. Residents are invited to join in for the Easter egg hunt specifically for canines and their human companions. Dogs of all, breeds and sizes are welcome and the kiddos can search for eggs in the kid-zone. Enjoy the agility course with your dog, grab a treat, play some games and get your Easter pictures taken with the Easter Bunny.

Activities take place from noon to 4 p.m. with the hunt starting at 3 p.m. Admission is $3 per person over 13 years old. A dog trick contest will start at 12:30 p.m., a dog costume contest at 1:30 p.m. and a game for the family at 2:30 p.m. Each participant is requested to bring one bag of dog or cat food to donate to Action for Animals and Muncie Animal Shelter (donations will be divided). All participants should be preregistered.
