NOR body:Arrests made by Madison County law enforcement on Friday and Saturday, based on Madison County Jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers, but are not final until the Madison County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

Anderson police arrested Alice A. Gustin, 46, of the 2100 block of Sheridan Street, Anderson, at 6:16 p.m. Friday. Bond was set at $5,000 on a charge of Class A misdemeanor battery.

NOR body:Madison County sheriff deputies arrested Meredith J. Rowley, 40, of the 3000 block of Sheridan Street, Anderson, at 7:46 p.m. Friday. No bond was set on a charge of Class D felony violation of in home detention.

Anderson police arrested Chi-Ann D. Freestone, 19, of the 2800 block of Jefferson Street, Anderson, at 7:59 p.m. Friday. Bond was set at $5,000 on a charges of Class D felony possession of a controlled substance, Class D felony maintaining a common nuisance and Class A misdemeanor possession of marijuana.

Madison County sheriff deputies arrested Nathaniel E. Burnett Sr., 59, of the 5300 block of Bogey Drive, Indianapolis, at 10:07 p.m. Friday. Bond was set at $5,000 on a charge of Class B felony dealing in a schedule I, II, III controlled substance.

Chesterfield police arrested Seth K. Freier, 20, of the 300 block of Eastman Road, Chesterfield, at 2:11 a.m. Saturday. Freier posted a bail bond of $5,000 on a charge of Class A misdemeanor operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

Anderson police arrested Jaclyn R. Smith, 32, of the 1300 block of West Eighth Street, Anderson, at 5:32 a.m. Saturday. Smith posted a bail bond of $5,000 on charges of Class D felony possession of meth, Class D felony possession of a controlled substance, Class A misdemeanor possession of marijuana and Class D felony theft.

Anderson police arrested Daniel R. Brown, 47, of the 1400 block of West 16th Street, Anderson, at 6:17 a.m. Saturday. Bond was set at $5,000 on a charge of Class D felony theft.
