Arrest Log

Arrests made by Madison County law enforcement on Wednesday and Thursday, based on Madison County Jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers, but are not final until the Madison County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

Edgewood police arrested Alex J. Ford, 45, of the 9300 block of North State Road 9, Moorestown, at 10:06 a.m. Wednesday. No bond was set for Class A misdemeanor court commitment.

Anderson police arrested Joshua B. Smith, 33, of the 2500 block of East Seventh Street, Anderson, at 1:09 p.m. Wednesday. Bond was set at $1750 for Civil contempt of court, Class D felony contempt of court, Class C misdemeanor violation of probation and Class B felony contempt of court.

Madison County police arrested Colette P. Ficklin, 39, of North Eighth Street, Beech Grove, at 4:38 p.m. Wednesday. Bond was set at $20,000 for Class C felony sexual misconduct by a service provider.

Anderson police arrested Matthew B. Cassel, 22, of the 300 block of North Pennsylvania Street, Alexandria, at 4:41 p.m. Wednesday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor driving while suspended.

Madison County police arrested Michael W. Golish Jr., 18, of the 2900 block of North 300 West, Frankton, at 6:24 p.m. Wednesday. Bond was set at $10,000 for Class C felony sexual misconduct with a minor.

Madison County police arrested Joshua W. Stearman, 30, of the 7000 block of West County Road 1100 South, Fortville, at 6:27 p.m. Wednesday. Bond was set at $10,000 for Class A misdemeanor OWI and violation of in-home detention.

Anderson police arrested Opal M. Lopez, 26, of the 3000 block of East Lynn Street, Anderson, at 10:31 p.m. Wednesday. Bond was set at $10,000 for Class A misdemeanor battery and Class A misdemeanor criminal trespass.

Anderson police arrested Jasmine N. Roberson, 20, of the 1600 block of Greenway Drive, Anderson, at 2:12 a.m. Thursday. No bond was set for Class B misdemeanor disorderly conduct.

Anderson police arrested Steven K. Smith, 57, of the 2400 block of Locust Street, Anderson, at 2:49 a.m. Thursday. No bond was set for Class B misdemeanor public intoxication.

Anderson police arrested Julianna M. Haynes, 42, of the 1800 block of East Fifth Street, Anderson, at 5:18 a.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $20,000 for Class B felony burglary and Class D felony theft.
