Elwood police arrested Ashley N. Phillips, 25, of the 800 block of Main Street, Elwood, at 8:35 p.m. Friday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor domestic battery.

Anderson police arrested Kaitlyn L. Jones, 22, of the 200 block of North Pershing Street, Muncie, at 2:13 a.m. Saturday. No bond was set for Class A misdemeanor violation of probation.

Elwood police arrested Larry E. Shepard, 44, of the 800 block of Main Street, Elwood, at 2:16 a.m. Saturday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor domestic battery.

State police arrested Tonya L. Gordon, 30, of the 1400 block of Willard Street, Muncie, at 2:37 a.m. Saturday. Bond was set at $6,000 for Class A misdemeanor trafficking.

Anderson police arrested John E. Kyhnell, 55, of the 800 block of Hawthorne Avenue, Anderson, at 2:41 a.m. Saturday. Bond was set at $2,000 for Civil contempt of court.

Anderson police arrested Anthony E. Graggs, 33, of the 1000 block of Indiana Avenue, Anderson, at 6:12 a.m. Saturday. No bond was set for Class B misdemeanor public intoxication.

Madison County police arrested Joy L. Ellingwood, 39, of the 2100 block of Morton Street, Anderson, at 6:16 a.m. Saturday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony theft and Class D felony fraud.

Anderson police arrested Krista L. Hartle, 34, of the 7200 block of West State Road 38, New Castle, at 6:40 a.m. Saturday. Bond was set at $20,000 for Class A misdemeanor OWI and Class A misdemeanor possession of marijuana.

Anderson police arrested Kristen L. Holbrook, 20, of the 900 block of West 53rd Street, Anderson, at 6:49 a.m. Saturday. No bond was set for Class C felony contempt of court.

Madison County police arrested Mark E. Brown, 48, of the 800 block of West 37th Street, Anderson, at 8:31 a.m. Saturday. No bond was set for Class D felony court commitment.

Madison County police arrested Edward W. Newman, 53, of the 3200 block of West County Road 1100 North, Alexandria, at 10:36 a.m. Saturday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony invasion of privacy.
